These terms and conditions govern your use of our website. Please read these terms in full before you use this website. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, please do not use this website. Your continued use of this website confirms your acceptance of these terms.
Goods which are no longer required or have been wrongly ordered will not be accepted back by Totally Supplied Ltd without written authorisation from the Customer Services department. On receipt of a debit note, detailing why the goods are to be returned, a returns note will be sent via email/fax as authorisation to proceed. Return of goods where correctly supplied by Totally Supplied Ltd must be returned via the customer's own carrier, the goods must be in resaleable condition and the customer will incur a minimum of 20% handling charge of the overall order value.
Where good are supplied incorrectly by Totally Supplied Ltd, we must be notified within 3 working days from receipt.
In the event of any goods being either lost, damaged in transit, or short supplied, to validate a claim Totally Supplied Ltd must be informed in writing within 3 working days fgrom the date of receipt. No claim will be valid if a P.O.A is signed 'received in good condition'
With the exception of products with glass components, all Totally Supplied LTD products (“Goods”) are subject to a guarantee period stated on the product from the date of delivery of the goods (“Guarantee Period”).
Within the Guarantee Period, Totally Supplied Ltd will at its option will repair or replace any Goods which are defective.
Pro Forma Invoicing
Totally Supplied offer a pro forma payment option to their customers on a 14 day bases. No goods will be issued or dispatched until payment has cleared. If a works order is raised against our pro forma then this ties you in to a guaranteed order contract between both Totally Supplied and the purchaser. The purchaser still has 14 days to pay, failing this the purchaser will be hit with a 10% of order value penalty as a late payment fee. If the purchaser wishes to cancel at this stage then they will be hit with our cancellation fees of 15% of overall value of order.
1. Conditions The Warranty
1.1. Must be applied for and registered within 28 days of purchase of the Goods.
1.2. Takes effect from date of delivery.
1.3. Applies only to purchases of new Goods (i.e. Products that are not bought second hand at an auction or by any other means) that were purchased from an authorised re-seller within the United Kingdom.
1.4. Is valid only if the date of the purchase can be verified by the production of a valid sales invoice.
1.5. Is valid only if the goods are returned against a pre-authorised RMA number (obtainable by contacting customer services) together with the Extended Warranty registration number and original proof of purchase at the point of raising a claim.
2.1. If upon inspection a faulty item is considered beyond repair, Totally Supplied Ltd reserves the right at its sole discretion to provide customers with a new Product of equivalent specification.
2.2. Any replaced products will have a completely new warranty period
3.1. Warranty lengths vary on our products.
4.1. Totally Supplied Ltd shall not be liable for the repair or replacement in the event that a Product has failed due to any the following:
(a) Non-compliance with installation and safety regulations given in the installation instructions.
(b) Faults caused by the installer through installation errors including, but not limited to, connection to an incorrect power supply.
(c) If the Product has not been installed by a qualified electrician.
(d) Inappropriate use or intentional damage by the owner or third parties.
(e) Repairs carried out by parties other than Totally Supplied Ltd.
(f) External influences (e.g. weather, transit damage).
(g) Glass breakage
(h) Accidental damage
4.2. Totally Supplied Ltd shall only be liable for repair or replacement costs for goods returned against an RMA to its factory
4.3. Totally Supplied Ltd will not cover any labour costs associated with the removal / re-installation of any goods
4.3. Carriage costs of returned items are not covered by the Warranty.
5.1. Totally Supplied Ltd shall not be liable for any loss of profit, or any special, indirect or consequential loss, or any costs, damages, charges, fees or expenses except for liability that Totally Supplied Ltd is not allowed to exclude by law.
5.3. Totally Supplied Ltd’s total liability in connection with the provision of the Products shall be limited to the price paid by the customer for that Product.
6. Customer Service
6.1. In the event of any technical queries, customers are requested to contact Totally Supplied LTD for technical advice on solving problems. Customer service can be contacted Monday – Friday between 8.00 am and 8.00 pm.
7. Website access
7.1 It is not necessary to register with us in order to use most parts of this website. However, particular areas of this website will only be accessible only if you have registered.
8. Use of website
8.1. This website may be used for your own private purposes and in accordance with these terms and conditions.
8.2. You may print and download material from this website provided that you do not modify or reproduce any content without our prior written consent.
9. Website uptime
9.1. All reasonable measures are taken by us to ensure that this website is operational all day, every day. However, occasionally technical issues may result in some downtime and accordingly we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time.
9.2. Where possible we always try to give advance warning of maintenance issues that may result in website down time but we shall not be obliged to provide such notice.
10. Visitor provided material
10.2. When using this website you shall not post or send to or from this website any material:
(a) for which you have not obtained all necessary consents;
(b) that is discriminatory, obscene, pornographic, defamatory, liable to incite racial hatred, in breach of confidentiality or privacy, which may cause annoyance or inconvenience to others, which encourages or constitutes conduct that would be deemed a criminal offence, give rise to a civil liability, or otherwise is contrary to the law in the United Kingdom;
(c) which is harmful in nature including, and without limitation, computer viruses, Trojan horses, corrupted data, or other potentially harmful software or data.
10.3. We will fully co-operate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requiring us to disclose the identity or other details of any person posting material to this website in breach of Paragraph 1.7.

11.1. Throughout this website you may find links to third party websites. The provision of a link to such a website does not mean that we endorse that website. If you visit any website via a link on this website you do so at your own risk.
11.2. Any party wishing to link to this website is entitled to do so provided that the conditions below are observed:
